As a responsible apparel producer, Amana provides employees with a work environment high above the law-required level. Amana installed and has updated lighting, ventilation, and ergonomics of its plants using the latest technologies like bus bar far electrical fitting, etc. The goal is to exceed the requirements of local legislation and reach global standards, thereby supporting clients’ images and sourcing principles. Clearly, demarcated emergency routes & exits smoke & fire detectors and consciously designed working layouts ensure a safe workplace for workers.
As per ISO requirements Instructions and warning signs are posted in highly visible places, inside the factory, and in the local language (Bangla Moreover, the usage of metal gloves in times of fabric cutting, needle guards in times of sewing, and such similar procedures significantly reduces work-related accidents at Amana. Besides being safe, Amana’s workplace offers a congenial & supportive environment for all managerial staff, and workers work with mutual cooperation and respect.
Amana supports its workers by setting up welfare facilities. An adequate canteen, safe drinking water, and hygienic lavatories ensure that workers are comfortable in the workplace. Amana also provides medical care for its workers. Amana strongly opposes forced labor, child labor, racism, discrimination, and exploitation of workers, and makes every possible effort to discourage such misconduct.

It specializes in value-added products, such as Peach Finished Pigment Piece Dyed, Heavy Enzyme-Washed, Stone Wash, etc.
